Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or send us a quote request, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

1Who we are

This site is operated by Lively Digital LLC ("Lively Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), an Indiana company offering branded apparel, promotional products, and web design. You can reach us any time at wlively@getlivelydigital.com.

2Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our quote request form, we collect what you enter:

• Your name
• Company name (optional)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Which service you're interested in
• The message describing your project

Information collected automatically with a form submission. So we can prevent abuse and understand where requests come from, our form handler records the IP address and country associated with a submission, and the date and time it was sent.

3How we use it

• To respond to your quote request and provide the services you ask about
• To follow up about your project and, if you become a customer, to fulfill your order
• To prevent spam and abuse of the form
• To keep records required for our business and taxes

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4Cookies & similar technologies

This site does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not use trackers such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The only technologies in use are strictly necessary ones:

• Security/performance — our host (Cloudflare) may set an essential cookie to protect the site from bots. It is required for the site to work and is not used to track you.
• Fonts — we load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google sees your IP address for that request. No cookie is set by this.

Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not show a consent banner. If that ever changes, we will add one that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies and that honors browser opt-out signals.

5Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run this site and respond to you. They process it on our behalf, not for their own purposes:

Resend	Delivering your quote request to us by email

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business and tax records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your request sooner (see Section 7).

7Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent us — just email wlively@getlivelydigital.com and we'll take care of it.

California and other state residents. Depending on your state, you may have rights to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, but you can still exercise these rights at the email above, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out. We won't discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

8Data security

Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored with our hosting provider. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit who can access it.

9Children's privacy

This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be noted here.
